• The Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts – This well-designed performing arts center offers a wide range of yearly performances that suit all age groups.  It is located right on the UConn main campus and has played host to many highly popular entertainers from musicians and dancers to comedians and orchestras.  The center is also home to the well-known Jorgensen Gallery and the Harriet S. Jorgensen Theatre. 

• Connecticut Repertory Theatre - This renowned 240 seat theatre presents with many award-winning plays, musicals and performances and is based on the UConn campus at Storrs.  It is a popular attraction that offers a diverse lineup of entertainment to its audiences. 

• UConn Dairy Bar – This delightful ice cream bar has been providing the best all-around ice cream and other dairy products for well over 60 years.  Run by UConn students, the dairy bar has its own unique design and décor with an observation window where individuals can give witness to how the 24 flavors of ice cream are made. 

• The Dog Lane Café – This charming café is a favorite of many.  It has a truly relaxed and friendly atmosphere where anyone can enjoy tasty food and drink in a very comfortable setting.  This cafe is unique in that it is billed as a gathering place for people and their dogs where together they can enjoy the best food and drink around.  One of the highlights of the Café is its monthly beer and wine tasting events.

The charming town of Storrs is also home to a number of other restaurants, including the Bidwell Tavern, Fresh Fork Café, and Hops 44 to name a few.  There is a little bit of everything to choose from with a whole lot of atmosphere and good times.
